Council rules: prohibited without a permit
City of Whittlesea has been read. Under the City of Whittlesea Community Local Law 2024:
Whittlesea prohibits camping on Council land without a permit unless the Council has prescribed that land as available for camping.
A person must not, without a permit, camp on any Council land unless prescribed by Council as being available for camping.
