Whitehorse prohibits camping in a tent, vehicle, caravan or any other temporary or makeshift accommodation on Council land or in a public place without a permit.
A person must not, without a permit, camp in a tent, vehicle, caravan or any other temporary or makeshift accommodation on Council land or in a Public Place.
