Richmond Shire: sleeping in your car

Vehicle camping: unknown

We have not yet read Richmond Shire's local laws on camping and overnight vehicle stays, so this page makes no claim about them. The state rest-area rule applies at the state-managed sites listed below; everywhere else in this council area, treat the rule as unknown and obey signage.

Signs override this page. Whatever is signed at the site is the rule that applies, no matter what is written here.
